For companies
People for the warehouse, picking and dispatch
Peak season, a wave of sickness or a new project: we provide people for logistics — at short notice on assignment, or permanently on your own payroll.
The work that keeps the operation running
In logistics it is not the CV that decides, but whether someone turns up reliably for the shift and works carefully. That is what we select for.
- Warehousing and goods-in
- Order picking and packing
- Forklift operations (counterbalance, reach and high-rack)
- Dispatch and goods-out
- Air cargo handling
- Stocktaking and inventory

Clarify the need
Location, period, shift model, qualification — and whether a forklift licence is required. One conversation usually covers it.

We propose people from our own pool or recruit specifically. You decide who comes.

Stay with it
A named contact stays responsible for the assignment — for you and for the people working it.

When the regional labour market is empty
Through our EU Talent Hub we recruit semi-skilled and skilled workers in a structured way, for example from Italy and Spain. A language course to at least level A2 runs before arrival; where the assignment requires a security background check, it runs in parallel.
A warehouse job — experience optional.
Picking, driving a forklift, moving goods in and out: for many of these jobs what counts is that you pitch in and turn up on time. You can get a forklift licence through us if you do not have one yet.

Questions about logistics work
Do I need a forklift licence?
For forklift work, yes. If you do not have one, you can get it through us — free of charge for you. For picking, packing and dispatch it is usually not required.
What shifts are there in logistics?
Often early and late shifts, and night shifts in many operations. Which model a position requires is stated in its job ad, not here. If you can only take certain shifts, tell us beforehand; then we look for those.
Is the work physically demanding?
In part, yes: picking and goods-in mean lifting, walking and standing through the shift. What the specific requirements are, we tell you before the assignment — not on your first day.
How quickly can I start in logistics?
Often at short notice: outside the airport’s security-restricted area no official check is needed. What it does take is occupational health clearance and, where relevant, a forklift licence.
Do you need people for your warehouse?
Tell us the location, the period and the shift model — we settle the rest in conversation.
