About us
How we work
We adapt how we work to what is actually happening. That makes us quick to react — and it is the reason people stay.
Three things that make the difference
- 01
Digital, but not depersonalised
We work digitally and with modern methods. Technology is meant to support people without pushing them out of focus — that is easier said than done, which is why it stands here as a yardstick and not as a claim.
- 02
Flat hierarchies
Short decision paths are not an end in themselves. They are what makes it possible for someone to develop an individual solution with real latitude, instead of having it approved.
- 03
Networked around topics
We collaborate and connect around topics and projects, not around organisational units. Whoever has a question asks the person who can answer it — not their department.
Hybrid working models
Flexibly from home or from the office, full-time or part-time. Our people largely decide for themselves where they work.
There is no trend behind this, but a position: we do not think in generations, but in individuals whose needs have to be taken into account. We keep working on how family life and work fit together — that is not something you introduce once and then tick off.
- Place of work
- office, home, or in between
- Hours
- full-time or part-time
- Locations
- Frankfurt, Landau, Pfullingen, Würzburg
- Coordination
- digital, by topic rather than department
Openness and transparency
Open discussion is encouraged, a change of perspective is expected, and trust is extended in advance. The middle one is the uncomfortable part: expected means it is not enough to argue your own view well.
We are an open, motivated team, willing to learn and keen to improve things. A sense of community and sticking together are central pillars of our culture; respectful dealings and mutual trust are the condition for that, not the result.
Health has priority
That shows in something concrete: supplementary company health insurance for our people. And it showed in how we decided during the pandemic — everyone moved to working from home immediately, and in-person appointments were cancelled or held virtually.
What it means day to day
A way of working is only as good as what it means for the people who work that way.
- Onboarding in person and virtually — on real cases, not on slides.
- Regular feedback: fixed conversations rather than an annual ritual.
- Staff development beyond onboarding, up to our leadership development programme.
- Company pension scheme and a bonus model.
- Supplementary company health insurance.
- Mobility options and employee offers at preferential rates.
Processes someone checks
Our quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015, together with SCP, the occupational safety certification for staffing providers — both by TÜV Rheinland. SCP is audited every year. And we are a member of the Gesamtverband der Personaldienstleister (GVP), the German staffing industry association.
Sustainable at work
- We only use green electricity.
- Electric company cars.
- No more single-use items in promotional materials.
- Workwear to the Fair Wear standard.
Sounds like you?
Then look at what that means concretely for a position here — onboarding, benefits, locations.
