ISO 9001:2015
The internationally recognised, cross-sector standard for a process-oriented quality management system. It sets out the requirements a company has to meet in order to be certified to it.
SCP — Sicherheits Certifikat Personaldienstleister
A dedicated occupational safety certification for staffing providers under SCC (Sicherheits Certifikat Contraktoren). Every year it is audited whether we meet the requirements — so far always successfully. Working with an SCP-certified provider is one way for our clients to meet their duty of care.
Licence for temporary agency work
akko GmbH holds the licence required under the German Temporary Employment Act (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz, AÜG).
Membership
Member of the GVP
The Gesamtverband der Personaldienstleister (GVP) was formed on 1 December 2023 from the merger of the employers’ associations BAP and iGZ. It represents around 6,000 member companies and negotiates, with the DGB trade unions, the working and social conditions for roughly 800,000 agency workers in Germany.
We apply the industry’s collective agreement system in full. For our employees that is the assurance of being paid under the agreement; for our clients it is evidence that they are working with a provider who keeps to the rules.

Where you need us
We are easy to reach digitally and on site wherever an assignment calls for it — at Frankfurt Airport, for instance, with our own premises in The Squaire. Our office team largely chooses where it works; the offices exist nonetheless, and everyone can use them.
