Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) (m/f/d)

Overview

For a company in the international aviation sector, we are looking for an Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) (m/f/d) to start immediately, full-time, in Frankfurt am Main (60549) in the Rhine-Main region.

This is a permanent position. You will be responsible for the accounting of your own company entity within the organisation.

Your responsibilities

• Independently managing your own company (entity) as an Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) (m/f/d)
• Preparing balance sheets and profit and loss statements (P&L)
• Preparing and processing company tax returns, such as VAT and corporate income tax
• Analysing key figures to advise management on important business decisions
• Working closely with audit firms, tax offices and tax advisory firms
• Overseeing ongoing financial accounting, fixed asset accounting and payroll accounting, often including staff management

What you bring

• Completed vocational training (Ausbildung)
• Solid professional experience and excellent accounting knowledge
• Ability to work independently on the technical side quickly
• An independent and pragmatic way of working, with a willingness to take on responsibility and drive topics forward on your own
• Comfortable with direct, clear communication and a fast pace of work
• Very good German skills
• Good English skills

What you can expect

• Salary: €55,000 to €70,000 gross per year
• Full-time
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, day shift
