Overview

Can you keep track of everything, even when flight times change, several routes are running at the same time and quick coordination is needed? Then you've come to the right place!

For our assignment at Frankfurt Airport in Kelsterbach, we are looking for a dispatcher (m/f/d) to coordinate drivers, catering routes and deliveries.

Your tasks

• Coordinating daily flight handling
• Acting as the central point of communication between airlines and internal departments
• Managing and documenting orders
• Maintaining flight data
• Handling customer enquiries
• Invoicing orders
• Ensuring quality and hygiene standards are met
• Monitoring in-flight catering and operational processes

What you bring

• Work experience, for example in the form of prior commercial or office experience; extensive work experience is not required
• Driving licence
• Very good English skills
• IT skills
• Desirable: experience in check-in
• Aviation security background check (Zu­ver­läs­sig­keits­über­prü­fung, ZÜP) under Section 7 of the German Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG)

What you can expect

• Pay: €17.00 per hour
• Full-time
• Two-shift system between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm
• Working days: Monday to Sunday, including weekend work
• Start: immediately
• Assignment duration: permanent
• Location: Kelsterbach
