Are you looking for an airport job in Munich and would you like to take on responsibility as a team leader in airline catering? For our client at Munich Airport, we are looking for a reliable team leader (m/f/d) for the dishwash area. 

You can look forward to a varied workplace in airport logistics, catering and shift operations, with responsibility for staff, workflows and the on-time cleaning and provision of catering equipment and trolleys.

Your tasks

• Leading, scheduling and coordinating the team in the dishwashing area
• Organising and monitoring daily workflows
• Ensuring the on-time cleaning and provision of dishes, equipment, trolleys and other work materials
• Checking dishwashing and cleaning processes as well as hygiene and quality standards
• Carrying out and documenting quality and hygiene checks
• Training and supporting new employees
• Identifying and resolving faults or problems
• Actively working in day-to-day operations

What you bring

• Initial experience in managing staff or as a team leader is an advantage
• Experience in production, logistics, hospitality, catering or a comparable field is desirable
• A responsible and reliable way of working
• Organisational skills and assertiveness
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work in a shift system
• Good German and English skills
• Valid aviation security background check (Zu­ver­läs­sig­keits­über­prü­fung)
