Recruiter (m/f/d) Airport

Overview

On behalf of an international company at Frankfurt Airport, we are looking for an experienced (Senior) Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) through direct placement (direkte Personalvermittlung).

In this position, you will actively help shape the strategic recruiting function. You will build a sustainable candidate network, identify suitable people for demanding leadership positions and develop concepts for attracting young talent over the long term.

Your responsibilities

• Strategically building and continuously developing a Germany-wide candidate and talent network
• Identifying, approaching and recruiting qualified specialists and leaders
• Filling demanding management and leadership positions
• Designing and further developing a graduate programme to foster future leaders
• Independently planning and managing all recruiting activities
• Building long-term relationships with potential candidates and relevant networks

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• In-depth knowledge of filling management and leadership positions
• Experience in direct sourcing and strategic network building
• Excellent written and spoken German and English are essential
• An independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner at all levels of the hierarchy

What you can expect

• Salary range: up to €80,000
• Full-time, day shift
• Working days: Monday to Friday on site in Kelsterbach
