Senior Recruiter (m/f/d)

Overview

For an internationally active company at the airport, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) through direct placement (direkte Personalvermittlung).

In this position, you will be responsible for strategically building the recruiting network in Germany, attracting executives and further developing sustainable recruiting concepts.

Your responsibilities

• Independently building and strategically developing a Germany-wide recruiting and candidate network
• Identifying, directly approaching and attracting qualified executives for demanding management positions
• Managing and implementing demanding recruiting projects at various hierarchy levels
• Developing and implementing a graduate programme to specifically attract and develop future leaders
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with potential candidates and relevant networks
• Further developing existing recruiting approaches and identifying new recruiting channels
• Independently planning, coordinating and managing all recruiting activities

What you bring

• Several years of solid professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong expertise in filling specialist and, in particular, management positions
• Experience in executive recruiting, active sourcing and directly approaching candidates
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional candidate networks
• Very good written and spoken German and English (essential)
